The main purpose of ASUC is to develop, promote, and regulate professional student governments & interprofessional activities. ASUC functions as a resource for funding and assists in the coordination of activities and events sponsored by RCOs. ASUC also sponsors a variety of social, cultural and educational events throughout the year.
Open Position: VP for Student Affairs
The ASUC Executive Board has one opening for 2012-13 and is accepting letters of interest for the VP of Student Affairs. All SoD, SoM, SoPh students who are registered are eligible to run. The VP for Student Affairs works with the board to develop events and activities for professional students throughout the year, attends monthly meetings and is part of the interface between students and the administration. Submit a one-paragraph statement of interest to Ellen Kim by May 15.
